We will meet at Bonnabel H.S. at our normal start time of 4:30 PM. Anyone wishing to car pool from UNO should meet in front of the College of Education Building ... and be prepared to leave UNO just before 4:00 PM. Bonnabel H.S. is located at 2801 Bruin Dr. in Kenner. See Map. Traffic on I-10 at 4:00 will be thick. Allow yourself some extra time.
Driving Directions Bonnabel is located at 2801 Bruin Dr. in Kenner. Bruin Drive runs perpendicular to both Power Blvd.. and Williams Blvd. When turning onto Bruin from Power Blvd.. my building (called the 100 bldg.) is the last one on school grounds. When turning on Bruin from Williams Blvd., the 100 bldg. is the first bldg. you see. It is a white two story bldg. with large red stairwells in front. There is a parking lot in front of the building, and my light gold van will be parked there. After parking, you go through an open gate to the first stairwell, and up the stairs. The halls upstairs are U shaped and I'm on the back part of the U in room 122. I'll have signs posted all the way through to help in getting to the classroom. I realized that in class last week I said that there would be a bunch of cars out front because of GED classes, but I found out that GED doesn't start till 6:00, so my van may be alone. I'll go stand outside around 4:15 to flag anyone down. I'm also e-mailing a map from mapquest to help. |

It seems that the easier route to Bonnable H.S. is on I10, exiting onto Williams Blvd. Once on Williams, the first right turn is Bruin
