Explore the WebSite design potentials of using HTML/CSS <table>s. Help you understand that the HTML and CSS you already wrote is reusable. You are not expected to start new WebSites from scratch. Don't. Remember, reuse is one important topic in Computer Science. Be a scientist, reuse your work.

Grading Rubric -- part 1, the WebSite
All of the Rubric Items apply to the Case Problem WebSite, Chamberlain, except for item # 2.

Item#  Points  -  description

1.   0 points - no gradable Canvas Discussion Forums for Week 8, but there are new Forums, including a new picture to ID.
2. 20 points - Tutorial 5's Example WebSite, KPAF Radio.
3. 20 points - Discussion of WebSite Elements.
4. 40 points - The repeating Rubric Items from past Assignments. These are: (1) start with HTML Template; (2) use a folder; (3) HTML and (4) CSS are well documented/commented; (5) Web pages have visual appeal, are themed, and are easy to navigate (as judged by George), you remember. You tell me your design ideas when you write your WebSite Elements, and I will take that into consideration when forming my own opinion. In other words, you tell me why your WebSite looks good, and you will earn most of these points.
5. 10 points - HTML of all WebPages are error free certified by W3C Markup Validation Service.
6. 10 points - CSS (external Style Sheets) are error free certified by W3C CSS Validation Service.
7. 20 points - links to a minimum of 20 WebSites external to yours that add value to your site. This should be accomplished both by links in Chamberlain's existing pages, and by making a new Links WebPage. Both!
8.   5 points - link from your web page back to our Assignments WebSite page.
9. 15 points - WebSite is a minimum of 8 WebPages i.e. a page for each menu link, Home, Events, Box Office, Facilities, Directions, Contact Us. Two (2) points each page, maximum 15 points. Add a "Links" page to house some of the required links to WebSites external to yours. You can consider adding a "Splash Page" to server as WebSite home.

Grading Rubric -- part 2, the Calendar
Item#  Points  -  description

10.   0 points - You are free to place the CCC Calendar on any, even more than one, page of your Chamberlain WebSite. You choose.
11. 25 points - Write the HTML require to create the Calendar <table>. This is presented in steps 3 through 7 of the Case Problem in the TextBook, page HTML 384 (near Figure 5-55).
12. 25 points - Using a new empty Style Sheet, named calendar.css, write all the styles presented in steps 8 through 15 of the Case Problem in the TextBook, page HTML 384 - 385 (near Figure 5-55).
13. 10 points - Write the style rules needed to place the Coming in February events into 2 columns. Step 16, page HTML 385.
14.   0 points - keep in mind that its not a WebSite unless your individual WebPages are linked for easy navigation.

Please, make sure you link your WebSite Elements WebPage and your Chamberlain Civic Center WebPage to/from the your KPAF Radio WebPage. For grading purposes, you need to make navigation from page to page as easy as possible. Because the pages of your WebSite are linked together, when you send eMail to George to turn-in this assignment, you need only to include the URL to the main WebPage.
